Wonderful
Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff was fantastic, especially the two ladies on the day shift, who were exceptionally helpful. The assistance provided was outstanding, and the breakfast was also quite good. The only downside was the nearby construction, which required a longer walk than usual to reach the Haram. While the hotel does provide a shuttle service, it drops off at a distance, so we mostly relied on Uber for convenience.

Good value for money
Very courteous, welcoming and helpful staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Wi-Fi, room cleaning facilities were good.
Hotel is roughly 15-min walk (mostly uphill) from the Haram courtyard. An overhead bridge construction was in progress during my stay because of which the road was closed and there was no taxis available from near hotel. The pick & drop service is provided by hotel. The bus runs at regular intervals so the commute isn't a challenge. However, the drop-off point is still 10-min walk from the Haram. So, many a times, I felt it would be better to just walk.
